Located in the town centre, in a side street. The location lends itself to taking small walks around the town with all the nice shops, traditional bars, fish restaurants and cosy cafés.

The market day is on Tuesdays.

The sea is only 5 minutes away, which may lead to a tempting morning dip. There is a very nice, serviced beach about 1,6 km out of town.

To go to the different beaches we recommend taking a 'dolmush', which is a minibus at about 2TL (about 60 Cent). During the main season there is a bus every 10 minutes from 8 am till midnight. You can get on / off wherever you want. If you prefer walking to the beaches, the roads lead mainly along the sea front.

The modern apartment provides:

• 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with bunk beds.
• A large lounge with a dining and a sitting area.
• A well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer.
• On arrival you will find a 19 litre bottle of drinking water at your disposal.
• The bathroom also contains a washing machine.
• One balcony with the view of the town, and a 2nd balcony overlooking the mountains behind Eski Foca.

If you wish, the house can be cleaned during your stay for a small fee. Also laundry service can be arranged.
If you are bringing a pet (only by agreement) we will charge you a one off cleaning fee of 130 TL.

Furthermore, our team at "foca holiday" will always be at your service if you have questions, be it in English, German, Italian, French and of course in Turkish language.
