Located near the centre of town, in a side street, you'll have a wonderful view to the sea front promenade, and the nearest swimming opportunity is only 50 m away. This apartment is centrally located (on the 2nd floor), only 100 m from the centre with all the nice little shops, restaurants, bars and cafés.

The modern apartment provides:

• 2 bedrooms with double beds.
• A large, air conditioned* lounge with a dining area.
• A well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, microwave oven fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
• On arrival you will find a 19 litre bottle of drinking water at your disposal.
• The bathroom also contains a washing machine.
• A separate guest toilet.
• One balcony with sea view and also containing a grill, a 2nd balcony overlooking the mountains behind Eski Foca.
• TV with international channels.

• * For the use of the air conditioning a small amount will be charged.

If you wish, the house can be cleaned during your stay for a small fee. Also laundry service can be arranged.
If you are bringing a pet (only by agreement) we will charge you a one off cleaning fee of 130 TL.
