The villa is located on a little hill at the outskirts of the town, and has an indescribably beautiful view to all directions. The nearest beach is about 200 m from the house. The walk into the town centre is about 400 m, along small shops, Internet cafés, bars and restaurants.

The well equipped villa provides the following:

• At ground level: A spacious and modern kitchen with a dining area, a guest toilet and a generous lounge with direct access to the sun terrace, where you will find a grill.
• The lounge has TV with international channels.
• The standard kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and a gas hob. There is also a children's high chair.
• On arrival you will find a 19 litre bottle of drinking water at your disposal.
• On the 1st floor: 3 nice bedrooms with air conditioning*, 2 of which with a balcony. The 3rd bedroom is a children's room with bunk beds, a cot and a changing table. There is also a bathroom on the 1st floor.
• We recommend watching the sunset from the roof terrace , where you also can admire the beautiful, illuminated promenade at the town centre.

• * For the use of the air conditioning a small amount will be charged.

Other: The garden and pool are shared between the villas Nane and Limon. The pool is open between May 1st and Semptember 15th, unless other dates have been agreed upon.

Here we'd like to give you a hint about the other half of this building; It could be rented by some of your relatives or friends.

If you wish, the villa can be cleaned during your stay for a small fee. Also laundry service can be arranged.
If you are bringing a pet (only by agreement) we will charge you a one off cleaning fee of 130 TL.
