The villa is a completely renovated old Greek stone house, which has a nicely built stonewall around the garden. The house and its interior have been kept in the original Greek style. It is located very centrally in a side street and is ideally positioned for taking small walks around the town with all the shops, traditional bars, fish restaurants and lovely cafés.

This house in old Greek style, but with all modern facilities, provides:

• A spacious lounge where 2 people can sleep, if necessary.
• Internet wifi.
• On arrival you will find a 19 litre bottle of drinking water at your disposal.
• A standard kitchen with electric hotplates (Ceran), fridge/freezer, dishwascher and washing machine.
• A bedroom with a double bed.
• A bathroom in adapted, ancient Greek style.
• A charming garden that is ideal for nice grill evenings (a grill is provided), or just for relaxing under a ca. 100 years old palm tree.

The characteristic environment of the original wooden doors and floors, natural stone floors and the complete furnishings lets you feel the atmosphere of 100 years ago, without missing anything of today's facilities.

If you wish, the house can be cleaned during your stay for a small fee. Also laundry service can be arranged.
If you are bringing a pet (only by agreement) we will charge you a one off cleaning fee of 130 TL.

Furthermore, our team at "foca holiday" will always be at your service if you have questions, be it in English, German, Italian, French and of course in Turkish language.
