The villa is located at the outskirts of the town. The walk into the village centre with small shops, internet cafés, bars and restaurants takes about 20 min. A small grocery shop is located just 300 m. from the villa. You walk about 10 min. to the beach. The bus to Yenifoca and Izmir passes every 15 minutes.

The homely villa provides:

• On the ground floor you find a tastefully equipped open kitchen, a cosy lounge containing a TV with international channels, and direct access to the terrace where there is a grill, and finally a guest toilet.
• On arrival you will find a 19 litre bottle of drinking water at your disposal.
• Located on the 1st floor are two bedrooms with a double bed. One of the rooms has a small balcony. And there is a bathroom with a shower cabinet and washing machine.
• From the balconies and terraces you have a spectacular, undisturbed view of the sea, or of the inland mountains.

If you wish, the house can be cleaned during your stay for a small fee. Also laundry service can be arranged.
If you are bringing a pet (only by agreement) we will charge you a one off cleaning fee of 130 TL.

Furthermore, our team at "foca holiday" will always be at your service if you have questions, be it in English, German, Italian, French and of course in Turkish language.
